Resumen
Este proyecto parte de la idea de crear un lugar único y diferente en el departamento de Quimbaya, un departamento con una gran variedad y potencial comercial, de donde surge Rock 'n' jazz-café, que es una restructuración y nueva planeación de las cafeterías convencionales. Logrando así destacar desde un inicio su esencia la cual se determina a traves de LA EXPERIENCIA Y EL AMBIENTE.
Dado a que su imagen y estructura parten del reflejo de un club de Jazz de chicago, nos convierte en el primer café del área de Quimbaya con dicha temática.
Rock 'n' Jazz-café se caracterizara además de su buen servicio, con la creatividad de sus emplatados, la destreza y habilidad del barismo. Por ende desde que el cliente ingresa tendra un servicio de CALIDAD.
Rock 'n'Jazz-Café, se determinará en la implementación del mejoramiento continuo, donde se determinaran procesos, planeación y estructura. Partiendo de un análisis y su correspondiente estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo, se lograra obtener ese margen de oportunidad, lo cual se potenciará mediante las estrategias de marketing. Redes sociales, publicidad y la recomendación voz a voz. Lo que llevara a Rock 'n'Jazz-Café a ser ese punto de visita de quimbaya que no se puede perder.
Abstract
This project starts from the idea of creating a unique and different place in the department of Quimbaya, a department with a great variety and commercial potential, from where Rock 'n' jazz-café arises, which is a restructuring and new planning of the conventional cafeterias. Thus highlighting from the beginning its essence, which is determined through EXPERIENCE AND ENVIRONMENT.
Since its image and structure are based on the reflection of a Chicago Jazz club, it makes us the first café in the Quimbaya area with this theme.
Rock 'n' Jazz-café will be characterized not only by its good service, but also by the creativity of its dishes, the skill and ability of the barismo. Therefore, from the moment the client enters, he/she will have a QUALITY service.
Rock 'n'Jazz-Café, will be determined in the implementation of continuous improvement, where processes, planning and structure will be determined. Based on an analysis and its corresponding quantitative and qualitative study, it will be possible to obtain that margin of opportunity, which will be enhanced through marketing strategies. Social networks, advertising and voice-to-voice recommendation. What will lead Rock 'n'Jazz-Café to be that point of visit of quimbaya that can not be lost.
