To thisend, it focuses on the analysis of the possibilities of a counter-hegemonic truth that conveysthe historical truth of victims to criminal proceedings, based on the recent decision by theInternational Criminal Court regarding the attack on the “Freedom Flotilla”.en
dc.descriptionEste artículo indaga sobre las implicaciones contrahegemónicas del ejercicio del derecho ala verdad en el proceso penal. Ello tiene lugar tras admitirse su trascendencia en regímenesnormativos distintos, pero complementarios, como el Derecho Internacional de los DerechosHumanos y el Derecho Penal Internacional. Para tales efectos, se concentra en el análisisde las posibilidades de una verdad contrahegemónica que vehicule la verdad histórica delas víctimas hacia los procesos penales, a partir de la reciente decisión de la Corte PenalInternacional (CPI) sobre el ataque contra la “Flotilla de la Libertad”.es
