El presente trabajo de grado titulado SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB PARA EL CONTROL DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL DECRETO 17-16 DE 2009 ARTICULO 26 - PAGO DE CONDENAS - ACCIONES DE REPETICIÓN realizado bajo la modalidad de tesis por la estudiante Yasmin Roció Suarez Ruiz para la secretaria técnica del comité de conciliación de la Secretaría Jurídica de la Alcaldía de Tunja evidencia las labores realizadas durante el trascurso del mismo y contempla los siguientes ítems: Título del proyecto, delimitación, planteamiento del problema, objetivo general y específicos, justificación, marco referencial, metodología de desarrollo de software, herramienta y Tecnologías utilizadas para el desarrollo, estado del arte, Diseño metodológico, metodología de la investigación, Desarrollo, resultados, conclusiones, anexos y bibliografía. El documento ilustrará el trabajo realizado especificando las tecnologías y framewoks que se vieron involucradas en el desarrollo del proyecto que trata sobre el tema de proceso de pago de condenas y acciones de repetición, el proyecto surgió por la necesidad que tenía la secretaria jurídica hacer un seguimiento a los procesos que se llevan teniendo en cuenta el cumplimiento del decreto 17-16 de 2009 art 26 que habla sobre el seguimiento y control de los procesos de pago de condenas y acciones de repetición.
El sistema desarrollado tiene como fin hacer un seguimiento oportuno a los procesos de pago de condenas y acciones de repetición a la secretaria técnica del comité de conciliación, centralizando la información, evitando duplicidad en la misma, permitiendo generar informes de acuerdo a los datos requeridos por la secretaría jurídica de Tunja, el sistema a la vez permite mediante alertas visuales basadas en colores y número de días faltantes a ocurrir un fecha importante respecto a ponencias y demandas.
Este proyecto se desarrolló con tecnologías web de software libre que se ajustaron perfectamente al proyecto en cuestión y además como requisito para la condonación del beneficio de Talento Digital otorgado por el MinTIC adoptando la estrategia de gobierno en línea bajo el eje temático de TIC para la gestión.
Abstract
This degree work entitled WEB INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE CONTROL OF COMPLIANCE DECREE 17-16 2009 ARTICLE 26 - PAYMENT OF CONVICTIONS - ACTION REPLAY made in the form of student thesis by Yasmin Roció Suarez Ruiz for technical secretary conciliation committee of the Legal Department of the Municipality of Tunja evidence the work done during the course of the same and includes the following items: Project title, delimitation, problem statement, general and specific objective justification, reference framework, methodology development software, tools and technologies used for development, state of the art, design methodology, methodology of research, development, results, conclusions, annexes and bibliography. The document will illustrate the work done by specifying the technologies and framewoks that were involved in the project dealing with the issue of payment process of convictions and actions for recovery, the project arose from the need that had legal secretary track the processes carried compliance taking into account the 2009 decree 17-16 Article 26 which talks about the monitoring and control of payment processes and actions repeat convictions.
The developed system aims to make a timely follow up payment processes convictions and actions repeat the technical secretariat of the conciliation committee, centralizing information, avoiding duplication in it, allowing to generate reports according to the data required by the legal secretariat of Tunja, the system also allows to visual alerts based on colors and number of days missing an important date occur regarding papers and demands.
This project was developed with web technologies free software that perfectly fitted the project in question and also as a prerequisite for forgiveness benefit of Digital Talent awarded by the MinTIC adopting the strategy of online government under the theme of ICT for management .
