Abstract

The project is the result of the interdisciplinary union of two careers which are business administration and law, this work was carried out in the hotbed of research, the importance of this project lies in the prevention of the present risk in which the state social enterprises are at have high sentences for the irregular provision of medical assistance service, the The main reason is not knowing how to properly handle this type of situation incurring failures when making a decision to end the problem that in the future it will become an expense that will directly affect the entity and its operations.
