El presente informe cienciometríco presenta la producción en el área de conocimiento “Ciencias Sociales” y “Humanidades” sobre “Estudios Latinoamericanos” entre 2008 y 2018. Esta información se encuentra relacionada con los contenidos que históricamente la revista Hallazgos de la Universidad Santo Tomás ha publicado, sin embargo, el análisis de estos temas desde las plataformas Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo y Google Scholar, permite identificar contenidos, autores y publicaciones. En consecuencia, este informe se convierte en un insumo para la gestión del editor de la revista, en busca de identificar elementos que permitan armonizar sus publicaciones con las tendencias internacionales en estas áreas de conocimiento.
Abstract
This report scientometrics presents the production in the area of knowledge "Social Sciences" and "Humanities" on "Latin American Studies" between 2008 and 2018. This information is related to the contents that historically the magazine Findings of the University Santo Tomás has published However, the analysis of these topics from the Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo and Google Scholar platforms allows the identification of content, authors and publications. Consequently, this report becomes an input for the management of the journal's editor, in search of identifying elements that allow to harmonize its publications with international trends in these areas of knowledge.
