dc.descriptionEl presente estudio de caso aborda las estrategias para la implementación de innovación y desarrollo de nuevos productos en Appriori Seguros. La investigación analiza el desafío de mantener la competitividad en un sector altamente regulado y en constante evolución tecnológica. Se empleó una metodología mixta basada en encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas con actores clave, y además en la revisión documental de políticas internas, informes de desempeño y modelos teóricos relevantes. Los resultados identifican como factores clave para la innovación la implementación de un modelo de gestión del cambio y el fortalecimiento de una cultura organizacional orientada a la innovación. Las estrategias diseñadas buscan optimizar los procesos internos y anticipar las demandas del mercado a través de soluciones innovadoras fundamentadas en el análisis de datos. Con ello, se busca reafirmar la relevancia de promover estructuras organizativas flexibles y el aprovechamiento de herramientas tecnológicas para mantener la competitividad y adaptarse a un mercado en constante transformación
dc.description.abstractThis case study addresses strategies for implementing innovation and developing new products at Appriori Seguros. The research examines the challenge of maintaining competitiveness in a highly regulated sector undergoing continuous technological evolution. A qualitative methodology was used, based on semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders and a document review of internal policies, performance reports, and relevant theoretical models. The findings identify key factors for innovation, including the implementation of a change management model and the strengthening of an organizational culture focused on innovation. The designed strategies aim to optimize internal processes and anticipate market demands through innovative solutions based on data analysis. This highlights the importance of fostering flexible organizational structures and leveraging technological tools to remain competitive and adapt to a constantly evolving market
