El presente proyecto de grado se genera con fines académicos, incorporando procesos investigativos, estratégicos y prospectivos, permitiendo desarrollar el plan estratégico y prospectivo de la defensa civil seccional Santander 2023 - 2026 teniendo como reto la creación de estrategias que permitan la sostenibilidad y continuidad en la prestación del servicio, desarrollando proyectos y actividades enfocados al bienestar de la población santandereana fortaleciendo sus tres eje misionales que son: gestión de riesgo , gestión ambiental y gestación social.
Se lleva a cabo procesos investigativos permitiendo obtener datos asertivos y oportunos realizando entrevistas al personal administrativo y voluntarios operativos, permitiendo detectar la falta de personal operativo y administrativo necesarios para cubrir las emergencias y actividades misionales; por tal motivo se plantean acciones que incentiven a la incorporación de nuevos voluntarios y mantener la permanencia de integrantes que se encuentran activos en las fila naranja.
Abstract
This degree project is created for academic objectives, incorporating investigative, strategic and prospective processes, losing the development of the strategic and prospective plan of the defense civil sectional Santander 2023 - 2026, having as a challenge the creation of strategies that allow sustainability and continuity in the provision of the service, developing projects and activities focused on the well-being of the Santander population, streng theningits three missionary axes, such as: risk management, environmental management and social management.
Investigative processes are carried out, obtaining assertive and timely data by conducting interviews with administrative staff and operational volunteers, detecting the lack of operational and administrative personnel necessary to cover emergencies and mission activities; For this reason, actions are proposed that encourage the incorporation of new volunteers and maintain the permanence of members who are active in the orange row.
