En el presente informe se hace referencia a la práctica empresarial desarrollada en la empresa GESTION Y PROCESOS INTEGRALES S.A.S en donde desempeñaba funciones administrativas hoy siendo vital y conllevando gran responsabilidad en los procesos de radicación El informe cuenta con una estructura detallada de todos los procesos y actividades llegados a través de los distintos períodos que cumplen con el fin a un requerimiento de la universidad Santo Tomás el cual es fundamental como opción de grado
La función laboral maneja en la entidad fueron manejo de las plataformas de las distintas EPS con el fin de generar una radicación oportuna verificación y manejo de facturación de cada uno de los centros de salud a los cuales éramos responsables,
manejo del aplicativo utilizado llamado Hosvital, seguimiento a los facturadores de los distintos centros de salud, recepción de facturación física y digital, gestión telefónica con líderes y facturadores, manejo de base de datos, manejo de rips.
Estas actividades asignadas eran procesos realizados por la empresa GESTION Y PROCESOS INTEGRALES S.A.S de vital importancia para culminar con eficiencia cada mes y también con el agregado de dejar una huella positiva como pasante en la empresa GESTION Y PROCESOS INTEGRALES S.A.S
Abstract
This report refers to the business practice developed in the company GESTION Y PROCESOS INTEGRALES S.A.S where he worked administrative functions today being vital and entailing great responsibility in the filing processes The report has a detailed structure of all processes and activities
arrived through the different periods that comply with the purpose of a requirement of Santo Tomás University, which is fundamental as a degree option The labor function handled in the entity were management of the platforms of the different EPS in order to generate a timely filing verification and management of billing of each of the health centers to which we were responsable,
management of the application used called Hosvital, follow-up to the billers of the different health centers, reception of physical and digital billing, telephone management with leaders and billers, database management, rip management.
These assigned activities were processes carried out by the company GESTION Y PROCESOS INTEGRALES S.A.S of vital importance to efficiently complete each month and also with the addition of leaving a positive mark as an intern in the company MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRAL PROCESSES S.A.S
