El objetivo de este estudio es examinar el papel del Consultorio en Ciencias de la Administración de la Universidad del Valle como espacio formativo que impulsa competencias profesionales a través de experiencias prácticas y fortalece la vinculación entre universidad, organizaciones, Estado y sociedad. Este trabajo se realizó mediante una revisión narrativa de literatura, entrevistas semiestructuradas a actores clave y sistematización de experiencias. Los resultados muestran que la participación en el Consultorio permite a los estudiantes aplicar conocimientos teóricos en casos reales, recibir retroalimentación y desarrollar habilidades y competencias prácticas necesarias para su formación profesional, laboral y personal, consolidándolo como un entorno integrador entre la universidad y el tejido empresarial.
The objective of this study is to examine the role of the University of Valle's Management Sciences Clinic as a training space that promotes professional skills through practical experience and strengthens the links between the university, organizations, the state, and society. This work was carried out through a narrative review of the literature, semi-structured interviews with key actors, and the systematization of experiences. The results show that participation in the Consultancy allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real cases, receive feedback, and develop practical skills and competencies necessary for their professional, work, and personal training, consolidating it as an integrative environment between the university and the business community.
