Resumen
El transporte masivo de carga terrestre se ha vuelto de gran importancia en los últimos siglos ya que a partir de ello se pueden llegar a suplir necesidades tan básicas como la alimentación (López, 2014); con el tiempo las necesidades han evolucionado pero el transporte de carga, independientemente de lo que sea se ha vuelto vital para poder construir las sociedades ya sea en materiales y/o materias primas que no se obtienen del sector; es por ello que se hacen importaciones y así mismo se necesita quien se encargue de que ello pueda llegar a quien lo solicite.
A pesar de que el transporte de carga es considerado en Colombia un gran motor para la economía, este ha tenido sus dificultades en establecerse como uno de los puntos focales con mayor capacidad de imposición en el país. Esto a causa de que las compañías de carga, ya sean grandes, medianas o pequeñas empresas les cuesta definir a nivel interno que cualidades los califican mejor para no solo determinar su permanencia en el mercado sino en cómo pueden ser superiores a las demás, en como visualizar “ese” factor determinante que los logra posicionar en el mercado.
El fortalecimiento empresarial está enfocado en descubrir y determinar no solo cuales son las debilidades de una compañía, sino con cuales ventajas u/o fortalezas cuenta para ser competitiva frente a las demás empresas de su mismo sector.
Considerando esto se hará un análisis empresarial integral para determinar cuáles son esas ventajas competitivas con las que no solo puede contar la empresa TRANSPORTE Y LOGÍSTICA MIGUEL SÁNCHEZ S.A.S (T.L.M.S.), sino cuales puede mejorar para lograr una competitividad sobre las demás empresas del sector de transporte de carga, basándose en su propia infraestructura, recursos y trayectoria con la que se ha venido desempeñando en el mercado colombiano.
Abstract
The massive transport of terrestrial load has become of great importance in the last centuries since from it it’s possible to be gotten to replace needs as basic as the feeding (Lopez, 2014); with time the necessities have evolved but the load transport, independently of which it is has become vital to be able to construct the societies either in materials and/or raw materials that are not obtained of the sector; it is for that reason that imports are made and thus it is needed who is in charge of which it can arrive at whom it asks for it.
Despite the fact that cargo transport is considered a great engine for the economy in Colombia, it has had its difficulties in establishing itself as one of the focal points with greater capacity for taxation in the country. This is due to the fact that cargo companies, whether they are large, medium or small companies, find it difficult to define internally which qualities best qualify them to not only determine their permanence in the market but also how they can be superior to the others, in how to visualize "that" determining factor that manages to position them in the market.
Business strengthening is focused on discovering and determining not only what a company's weaknesses are, but also what advantages and/or strengths it has to be competitive with other companies in the same sector.
Considering this, an integral business analysis will be made to determine which are those competitive advantages that not only TRANSPORTE Y LOGÍSTICA MIGUEL SÁNCHEZ S.A.S. (T.L.M.S.), can count on, but which can be improved to achieve a competitiveness over the other companies in the cargo transportation sector, based on its own infrastructure, resources and trajectory with which it has been performing in the Colombian market.
