| dc.description | The main objective of the following research work is to make a study on the rights of the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia and the role that the Colombian State has developed in the restitution of land, taking into account that they are subjects of special legal and constitutional protection, being aware that the internal conflict has emerged as an attempt to change the political, social and economic ideals of the country. The dissertation will focus on the role that must have the Colombian State of guarantees the rights to the truth to the righteous acts and to repair ensuring a dignified life within the Social State of Law, this being responsible for ensuring the compliance of all parameters and mechanisms necessary for the protection of the rights that are legally positivist in the Constitution. | en |
| dc.description | El siguiente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal hacer un estudio sobre cuáles son los derechos de las víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia y el papel que ha desarrollado el Estado colombiano en la restitución de tierras, teniendo en cuenta que son sujetos de especial protección legal y constitucional, siendo conscientes que el conflicto interno ha surgido como un intento de cambiar los ideales políticos, sociales y económicos del país. De igual manera, la disertación se centrará en el papel que debe tener el Estado colombiano de asegura los derechos, a la verdad a la justicias y a la reparación garantizando una vida digna dentro del Estado Social de Derecho, siendo este el encargado de velar por el cumplimiento de todos los parámetros y mecanismos necesarios para la protección de los derechos que están legalmente positivizados en la Constitución. | es |
