dc.description	Los territorios identificados como Zonas Más Afectadas por el Conflicto Armado (ZOMAC) en Colombia evidencian condiciones específicas que impiden parcialmente el desarrollo económico local, sin embargo, disponen de potencial para el turismo sostenible. La presente investigación se orienta a presentar modelos de gestión de turismo sostenible fortaleciendo el sector empresarial generando competitividad y contribución al desarrollo en territorios ZOMAC en el departamento del Meta. El artículo se desarrolla partiendo de una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura (SLR) mediante enfoques analíticos, cualitativos y descriptivos. Se realizó una búsqueda formulada en las herramientas académicas Springer Nature Link, Science Direct y Google Scholar, donde se identificaron 120 documentos, para seleccionar 30 estudios relevantes publicados entre 2021 y 2026, analizados y organizados a través de una matriz documental con criterios de exclusión e inclusión definidos. Los hallazgos evidencian temáticas compatibles: gobernanza colaborativa territorial, economía circular y emprendimiento social, resiliencia estratégica, e integración de cadenas productivas locales. Considerando estos patrones, se plantea un modelo sistemático de cuatro componentes interrelacionados en relación con el caso de Ecoturismo Sierra de La Macarena SAS ZOMAC, quienes operan en el departamento del Meta. Los resultados evidencian que la aplicación sistemática del modelo genera un impacto doble: incrementa la competitividad empresarial mediante diferenciación por sostenibilidad certificada y entrada en cadenas de valor del turismo consciente, y contribuye al desarrollo local mediante la generación de empleo continuo, retención financiera local y consolidación del tejido social en territorios de posconflicto.
dc.description.abstract	The territories identified as Zones Most Affected by the Armed Conflict (ZOMAC) in Colombia exhibit specific conditions that partially impede local economic development; however, they possess potential for sustainable tourism. This research aims to present sustainable tourism management models that strengthen the business sector, generating competitiveness and contributing to development in ZOMAC territories in the department of Meta. The article is based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using analytical, qualitative, and descriptive approaches. A search was conducted using the academic tools Springer Nature Link, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, identifying 120 documents. From these, 30 relevant studies published between 2021 and 2026 were selected, analyzed, and organized using a document matrix with defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings reveal compatible themes: collaborative territorial governance, circular economy and social entrepreneurship, strategic resilience, and integration of local production chains. Considering these patterns, a systematic model of four interrelated components is proposed in relation to the case of Ecoturismo Sierra de La Macarena SAS ZOMAC, which operates in the department of Meta. The results demonstrate that the systematic application of the model generates a dual impact: it increases business competitiveness through differentiation based on certified sustainability and entry into conscious tourism value chains, and it contributes to local development by generating continuous employment, retaining local capital, and strengthening the social fabric in post-conflict territories.
