Introduction: Permanent teeth with immature apex that present some type of alteration such as dentoalveolar trauma and / or dental caries are considered difficult endodontic management, because they have thin dentin walls which makes instrumentation and conformation of the canal difficult, increasing the risk of root fracture. The treatment of these teeth focuses on preserving the pulp vitality and allowing the development and closure of the root apex. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study of endodontics graduate medical records from the Santo Tomas de Bucaramanga University was carried out on patients who presented permanent teeth with immature apex at ages 6 to 15 years, where sex, age, diagnosis, were characterized. Affected dental group, type of treatment, type of material and stage of nolla in which they were. Clinical and radiographic controls were performed to evaluate the success or failure of the management performed. Results: In this study, clinical records of patients treated in the endodontics graduate of the Santo Tomas University in the period 2105 - 2019 were evaluated, finding a total of 60 stories and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria a total of 30 stories were obtained equivalent to 50% of patients with permanent teeth with immature apex. The shapiro wilk test showed abnormal results showing a standard deviation of 2.1074 and an average of 9 years. Conclusions: In this study it was observed that the most common treatment was conventional endodontics followed by revascularization in cases of trauma.spa
