Actualización del manual de procesos y procedimientos del consultorio jurídico de la Universidad Santo Tomás

Abstract

The project seeks to advance an investigation against the effectiveness of the processes and procedures contained in the regulations of the Legal Office of the University of Santo Tomás, verifying the level of knowledge of them by the community that is part of the Legal Office, this is , Administrative, advisors, students and users, studying type cases and focal cases, and proposing actions to be developed that allow to optimize the academic work of the students assigned to the Legal Office of the Santo Tomás University, in coordination of the advice of the administrative entities and teachers and finally allow the improvement in the results presented in front of the community that demands them. This proposal focuses on providing a parameter of effectiveness of the regulations of the Legal Office and its social impact on the operation of the same, in order to develop a social function that guarantees access to the administration of Justice.
