Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar una actualización de la propuesta educativa institucional a partir del análisis de una propuesta de formación en el que la persona se sitúe en el centro de la educación, desde la perspectiva de la formación humana integral. La propuesta que desarrolla el artículo parte de la metodología de revisión de documentos de autores tales como Bourdieu, Damasio, el papa Francisco, Morin, Gadamer, Nussbaum, Popper, entre otros. Considera que la formación integral consiste en aprender a aprender: a desempeñarse, a solucionar problemas y transformar la realidad biopsicosocial de modo crítico, solidario, reciproco y cooperativo.
This article aims to present an update of the institutional educational proposal based on the analysis of a training proposal in which the person is placed at the center of education, from the perspective of integral human formation. The proposal developed by the article is based on the methodology of reviewing documents by authors such as Bourdieu, Damasio, Pope Francis, Morin, Gadamer, Nussbaum, Popper, among others. It considers that comprehensive training consists of learning to learn: to perform, to solve problems and to transform the biopsychosocial reality in a critical, solidary, reciprocal and cooperative way.
