dc.description | En la actualidad, la obesidad y el sobrepeso están volviéndose cada vez más prevalente en la población mundial, al igual que en la población colombiana, siendo esta una epidemia que a través de los años ha ido empeorando en todos los segmentos de la población, incluyendo a la infantil, a causa principalmente de la forma en como las familias se alimentan. Entendiendo que el control de las porciones alimenticias puede ser una herramienta para el control de esta epidemia, se planteó en esta investigación el generar y validar instrumentos de recolección de datos basados en dos modelos de cambio de comportamiento, el COM-B y el TDF, en la ciudad de Bogotá y siendo estos dirigidos a los padres y cuidadores de menores de edad ya que estos son los encargados de medir la cantidad de comida que los niños ingieren, arrojando como resultado dos instrumentos de recolección de datos fiables. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Currently, obesity and overweight are becoming increasingly prevalent in the world population, as well as in the Colombian population, this being an epidemic that over the years has been worsening in all segments of the population, including to the infantile one, mainly because of the way in which the families feed themselves. Understanding that the control of food portions can be a tool for the control of this epidemic, it was proposed in this research to generate and validate data collection instruments based on two models of behavior change, the COM-B and the TDF. in the city of Bogotá and being these aimed at parents and caregivers of minors since they are in charge of measuring the amount of food that children eat, resulting in two reliable data collection instruments. | spa |
