dc.descriptionThe present research article describes from the perspective of teachers and students of the María Reina del Carmelo School. The conditions they consider necessary to create / strengthen initiatives or proposals about peace building. The study was carried out in a qualitative approach with a hermeneutic design, using the semi-structured interview as a technique for gathering information. From the information systematization, the discoveries were divided into two instances. Which rescue the main ideas of teachers and students. It was concluded that peace is an endless process where all must contribute, being students and teachers, key actors to achieve an authentic democratic culture.en
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo de investigación, describe desde la perspectiva de docentes y estudiantes del Colegio María Reina del Carmelo, las condiciones que consideran necesarias para crear/fortalecer iniciativas o propuestas frente a la construcción de paz. El estudio se realizó bajo un enfoque cualitativo con diseño hermenéutico, empleando la entrevista semiestructurada como técnica de recolección de información. A partir de la sistematización de la información los hallazgos fueron divididos en dos instancias, las cuales rescatan las ideas principales de docentes y estudiantes. Se concluyó que la paz es un proceso inacabable donde todos deben de aportar, siendo los estudiantes y los docentes actores fundamentales para lograr una autentica cultura democrática.es
