It introduces the reader to the current legal framework and presents the institutions in charge of protecting and attending abused children, besides the psychological forensic assessment instruments. The contribution of the Legal Psychology to proof psychological damage is presented. Finally, it is proposed to appeal to less punitive alternative mechanisms, specifically to the mechanisms of the restorative justice. | en |

Introduce al lector sobre la normatividad y las instituciones que se encargan de la protección y atención al menor maltratado, además de los instrumentos de evaluación psicológica forense utilizados. Se presenta el aporte de la psicología jurídica para probar el daño psicológico. Finalmente, se propone como plan de acción recurrir a mecanismos alternativos, menos punitivos, concretamente a los mecanismos de la justicia restaurativa. | es |
