Con el objetivo de conocer los factores bio – socio - económicos que influyen en el desarrollo de las IPS en Bucaramanga, la presente monografía busca estipular las estrategias que promueven una administración gerencial adecuada, mediante el método investigativo cualitativo de tipo documental, no experimental y transaccional, utilizando el método de recolección de datos de referencias bibliográficas. Por consiguiente, se emplean tres investigaciones que indagan en los aspectos ambientales, sociales y económicos que influyen en el desarrollo de IPS odontológicas, así como una parte comparativa entre la normativa establecida en la Smile Family Odontología Integral S.A.S., el efecto e influencia de las empresas familiares y la revisión documental, con lo que se puede concluir que aspectos como la corrupción, mal manejo gerencial, bajas habilidades blandas, relacionar lo emocional y familiar con lo laboral, el incumplimiento de normativa de salubridad y el incumplimiento de tiempos y metas con el servicio de los usuarios, son los factores que influyen en el declive de instituciones prestadoras de salud y en el fallo de reclamaciones que suman untos negativos hacia la cooperación con EPS y entes gubernamentales.
Abstract
With the objective of knowing the bio - socio - economic factors that influence the development of the IPS in Bucaramanga, this monograph seeks to stipulate the strategies that promote adequate managerial administration, through the qualitative investigative method of documentary, non-experimental and transactional type. , using the data collection method of bibliographic references. Consequently, three investigations are used that investigate the environmental, social and economic aspects that influence the development of dental IPS, as well as a comparative part between the regulations established in Smile Family Odontología Integral S.A.S., the effect and influence of companies family and the documentary review, with which it can be concluded that aspects such as corruption, poor management, low soft skills, relating the emotional and family with the work, non-compliance with health regulations and non-compliance with times and goals with the service of users, are the factors that influence the decline of health-providing institutions and the failure of claims that add negative points towards cooperation with EPS and government entities.
