El centro de rehabilitación CENFISEM IPS se dedica a la asistencia en salud en la comunidad de San Alberto, Cesar, y en localidades aledañas, con el propósito de una oferta asistencial a la vanguardia y con las mayores garantías. Sus servicios integrales en medicina laboral han ido creciendo al ritmo de los avances de la ciencia médica y de la demanda de sus pacientes. Actualmente, es la única institución del municipio que cuenta con software para gestionar la información de sus usuarios y que dispone de la mayor parte de equipos nuevos y actualizados. Por tanto, el profesional puede prestar su servicio con calidad, credibilidad y responsabilidad social. En este estudio se elaboró un Plan Prospectivo Estratégico para CENFISEM IPS con el fin de formular las estrategias necesarias para responder a los retos a los que la entidad deberá enfrentarse en el futuro. Para ello, se evaluaron factores internos y externos, y se proyectaron escenarios para la captación y atención de usuarios. También, se identificaron variables estratégicas, que permitan implementar la unidad de radiología de CENFISEM IPS en un horizonte de tiempo del año 2026.
Abstract
The CENFISEM IPS rehabilitation center is dedicated to health care in the community of San Alberto, Cesar, and in surrounding towns, with the purpose of offering state-of-the-art care and with the greatest guarantees. Its comprehensive services in occupational medicine have been growing at the pace of advances in medical science and the demand of its patients. Currently, it is the only institution in the municipality that has software to manage the information of its users and that has most of the new and updated equipment. Therefore, the professional can provide his service with quality, credibility and social responsibility. In this study, a Strategic Prospective Plan was prepared for CENFISEM IPS in order to formulate the necessary strategies to respond to the challenges that the entity will have to face in the future. To do this, internal and external factors were evaluated, and scenarios were projected to attract and serve users. Also, strategic variables were identified that allow the CENFISEM IPS radiology unit to be implemented in a time horizon of the year 2026.
