This article explores the complex intersections between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and transhumanism, focusing on the key contributions of AI in the last decade and their bioethical implications. From advances in narrow AI to the prospect of the technological singularity, it examines how these innovations are transforming the human condition. The study addresses ethical issues, such as individual autonomy versus AI dependence, the risks of discrimination and inequality in the transhumanist era, and the tensions between transhumanist ideals and religious beliefs. It concludes by highlighting the need for ethical regulation to ensure equitable access to these technologies and underscoring the continuing importance of bioethical reflection in this constantly evolving field.spa
