dc.descriptionThis article opens with an examination of the concept of constitutional order, followed by a brief explanation of the position of the military as the guarantor of this order. These two elements provide a better understanding and knowledge of the definition of the military defensive function. Finally, the article deals with an analysis of the defense of the constitutional order in reference to rebellion, sedition, and overthrow. Understanding the roles and responsibilities of the military regarding national defense makes it possible to draw conclusions as to whether or not submission to the people, in their sovereign status, is definitively possible.en
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo contempla, en su inicio, la comprensión del concepto de orden constitucional, seguido de una breve explicación sobre la posición como garantes de los militares. Estos dos elementos permiten conocer y entender mejor la definición de la función militar de defensa. Finalmente, se aborda un análisis de la defensa del orden constitucional en referencia a la rebelión, la sedición y la asonada. El entendimiento de las funciones y las responsabilidades del militar en la defensa nacional permite formular conclusiones para determinar si la sumisión al pueblo, en su condición de soberano, es o no definitivamente posible.es
