En la presente investigación se determinó la viabilidad del sistema RECOLAPS como
herramienta para la reducción del rubro de servicio público de agua en la empresa
Restaurante El Caracol Rojo a partir del análisis sobre la relación Costo- Beneficio, desde la
gestión administrativa y financiera obteniendo el valor de criterios de rentabilidad como el CB, VAN, TIR y PRD para la toma de decisiones sobre la inversión, basado en la recopilación
de información de fuentes primarias y secundarias. Se obtuvo que el proyecto es viable y
rentable para la empresa arrojando un C-B de 1,02, un VAN de 2,9, una TIR de 103% y un
PRD de 1,23 años.

Abstract
In this research, the viability of the RECOLAPS system as a tool for reducing the public
water service category in the company Restaurante El Caracol Rojo was determined based on
the analysis of the Cost-Benefit relationship from administrative and financial management,
obtaining the value of Profitability criteria such as CB, VAN, IRR and PRD for investment
decision making, based on the collection of information from primary and secondary sources.
It was obtained that the project is viable and profitable for the company, yielding a C-B of
1.02, a NPV of 2.9, an IRR of 103% and a PRD of 1.23 years.
