Este artículo busca referir la acción de registro e inventariado de los elementos de carácter utilitario relacionados con inmuebles ubicados en barrios seleccionados de la ciudad de Bucaramanga; particularmente elementos elaborados con hierro forjado, con el fin de generar una caracterización estética de los mismos, en busca de verificar la existencia, estado, ubicación y uso tanto del material como la técnica de manipulación del mismo, por medio de acciones que refuercen la valoración que hace el sujeto del objeto en su contexto como generadores de la noción de patrimonio al interior de la comunidad.ABSTRACTThe present paper looks for to refer the action of inventoried registry of the elements of utilitarian character related to buildings in selected districts of the city of Bucaramanga, particularly elements elaborated with forged iron, with the purpose of generating an aesthetic characterization of such, in search of verifing the existence, condition, location and use as much of the material as the technique of manipulation of the material, by meansof actions that reinforce the valuation that makes the subject of the object in its context towards the search of generating the notion of patrimony to the interior of the community.
