| dc.description | The present article presents a framework of reflection for the action, on the consultation motives notion, little studied and nevertheless crucial for the definition of the process of consulting. It to seem that, originally, a lot of this is made since a medical framework of the disciplines, where the consultation is submitted to expert judgment of the consulted and with it the application would suffice of the to know about the expert on the patient, where the referring of study are the analysis of symptoms and antecedents with diagnostic goals. Nevertheless in social and human sciences, and particularly since a constructivist and complex position, is pertinent to redefine the notion and its comprehension, carrying out an ecological reading that imply the observer to realize the devices which builds maps of comprehension for the action. This initial work is called here clinical constructivist and the principles that orient it are outlined. With that, the position and responsibility of the consultants and consulted is valued, and the possible ways to work in the initial study of the motive of consultation are analysed. | dc.description | El presente artículo presenta un marco de reflexión para la acción sobre la noción de motivos de consulta, poco estudiada y, sin embargo, crucial para la definición del proceso de ayuda. Al parecer mucho de esto es así desde un marco originalmente médico, en el que la consulta era sometida al juicio experto del consultado y con ello bastaría la aplicación del saber del experto sobre el paciente, donde los referentes de estudio son el análisis de síntomas y antecedentes con fines diagnósticos. Sin embargo en ciencias humanas y sociales y particularmente desde una posición constructivista y compleja se hace pertinente problematizar la noción y su comprensión, realizando una lectura ecológica que implique al observador para dar cuenta de los dispositivos con los que construye mapas de comprensión para la acción. A esta labor inicial se le denomina aquí clínica constructivista y se esbozan los principios que la orientan. Con ello se valora la posición y responsabilidad de los consultantes y consultados, y las posibles rutas de trabajo que se pueden elaborar en el estudio inicial del motivo de consulta.Palabras clave: Motivos de consulta, ayuda, clínica, constructivismo y ecología. | es |
