dc.descriptionEsta investigación se centra en la gestión del conocimiento a través de la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas dentro del área comercial de un laboratorio farmacéutico. El objetivo principal es examinar cómo las prácticas educativas y los procesos de aprendizaje organizacional pueden optimizar la captura, distribución y aplicación del conocimiento , mejorando así el desempeño comercial y la capacidad de innovación dentro de la empresa. El estudio se centra en Axon Pharma y emplea una metodología cualitativa basada en entrevistas estructuradas a profesionales clave del área comercial. Analiza los mecanismos de transferencia de conocimiento y su impacto en la eficiencia operativa y el desempeño comercial . Los hallazgos sugieren que las estrategias pedagógicas bien diseñadas no solo facilitan la retención de conocimientos sino que también mejoran la capacidad competitiva y la innovación en productos y servicios. Finalmente, se brindan recomendaciones para fortalecer el uso de estrategias pedagógicas como parte de un enfoque integral de gestión del conocimiento, enfatizando su importancia en el sector farmacéutico para abordar los desafíos de un entorno comercial dinámico.spa
dc.description.abstractKnowledge Management through Pedagogical Strategies in the Commercial Area of ​​a Pharmaceutical Laboratory Abstract: This research focuses on knowledge management through the implementation of pedagogical strategies within the commercial area of ​​a pharmaceutical laboratory. The main objective is to examine how educational practices and organizational learning processes can optimize the capture, distribution and application of knowledge, thereby improving business performance and innovation capacity within the company. The study focuses on Axon Pharma and uses a qualitative methodology based on structured interviews with key professionals in the commercial area. Analyze knowledge transfer mechanisms and their impact on operational efficiency and commercial performance. The findings suggest that well-designed pedagogical strategies not only facilitate knowledge retention but also improve competitive capacity and innovation in products and services. Finally, recommendations are provided to strengthen the use of pedagogical strategies as part of a comprehensive knowledge management approach, emphasizing their importance in the pharmaceutical sector to address the challenges of a dynamic business environment.
