dc.descriptionTeniendo en cuenta los diferentes impactos que se ocasionan, por la manera en que se le da el tratamiento de las propiedades Planta y Equipo, de las cuales se desprende las Propiedades de Inversión en las diferentes compañías. ALL COMPUTERS S.A.S., ha decidido implementar dentro del Sistema de Normas Internacionales un proceso de identificación fiable al momento de discriminar las Propiedades de Inversión, como son los terrenos y edificaciones. Partiendo de lo anterior, se ha decidido, que las propiedades que se destinarán a Propiedades de Inversión, serán los Terrenos y uno de los edificios que se encuentra arrendado. Se aplicarán las políticas contables, siempre que, realizando las revisiones periódicas correspondientes, se identifique que dichos rubros, se consideran aplicables para esta política.spa
dc.description.abstractTaking into account the different impacts that are caused, by the way in which the treatment of the Plant and Equipment properties is given, from which the Investment Properties in the different companies are shown. ALL COMPUTERS S.A.S., has decided to implement within the International Standards System a reliable identification process when discriminating Investment Properties, such as land and buildings. Based on the foregoing, it has been decided that the properties that will be allocated to Investment Properties will be the Land and one of the buildings that is rented. The accounting policies will be applied, provided that, carrying out the corresponding periodic reviews, it is identified that said items are considered applicable for this policy.spa
