Ítem El maltrato como pauta de formación familiar de las niñas y adolescentes del centro educativo de nuestra señora de la paz(Universidad Santo Tomás, 2004) Ríos Rodríguez, Vitelvina; Rodríguez Rodríguez, José Leonardo; Garzón De Laverde, Dora Isabel; Universidad Santo Tomas; https://scienti.minciencias.gov.co/cvlac/visualizador/generarCurriculoCv.do?cod_rh=0000747840; https://scholar.google.es/citations?user=VyhIhYYAAAAJ&hl=es; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2932-1794This research/intervention aims to construct a new reading of the beliefs, myths and interactional patterns associated with the mistreatment that occurs in the upbringing processes in the families of girls and adolescents of the Nuestra Señora de la Paz Educational Center, through consulting processes that involve the professionals of the guidance team and the families with the purpose of strengthening the care network to generate resignifications with respect to mistreatment as a pattern of family formation. This proposal privileges conversational processes, reflexivity and recursiveness from the systemic approach, social constructionism and second order cybernetics. From this framework, dialogic and reflexive processes are developed that make possible the redefinition of beliefs, values, myths and life habits associated with child-rearing practices of girls and adolescents, in which abuse is involved as a pattern of formation in the relationships between fathers, mothers and daughters, basically due to the ignorance of diverse family experiences in which emotions, premises, sensibilities and personal experiences, among others, that have important effects on the development of the human being, are subtly and covertly ignored. The educational context was the protagonist of these resignifications, as it assumed a role of facilitator of change processes, with clarity in its role of trainer from the multiple realities that involve human dimensions, their vicissitudes and crises, from an ecological vision. It will be carried out at the Educational Center of Our Lady of Peace. This proposal was developed in five phases: approach to the context to reach agreements among the participants, members of the organization, for the development of the research/intervention; development of the reflective conversational scenarios among the participants; follow-up of the research/intervention; processing, analysis and interpretation and results. As an impact of the process, mobilizations were evidenced both in the guidance system and in the family system, especially in the resignification of abuse as a pattern of family formation; the institutional network was strengthened, recognizing that it has its own resources and tools to advise intervention processes in which everyone is responsible for mobilizing change. It made it possible to generate new forms of intervention and approach to abuse based on the construction of a new intervention model.
