Currently, the IPS in Colombia have difficulties in charging for health services provided to Entities Responsible for Payment (ERP), which represents glosses (discounts) in the billing of services that have been provided and that will not be paid. This leads to a decrease in cash flow within the institution and cost overruns in administrative and care processes.
