La experiencia obtenida durante el proceso como practicante permite afianzar el aprendizaje adquirido durante la etapa académica, siendo un complemento para la total formación profesional en un campo laboral; donde, el estudiante se enfrenta a una realidad en un mundo competitivo en el cual las habilidades y conocimientos le ayudarán a sobresalir, enfrentándose a retos y desafíos presentados en el mercado actual.
Elegir la práctica como opción de grado permite a las empresas y a los estudiantes un beneficio mutuo, ya que el estudiante al salir del ámbito académico con sus conocimientos previamente adquiridos serán aplicados según la demanda en el perfil profesional en la empresa; la cual cumple el papel de brindarle la formación y pautas dependiendo de las funciones que deba el estudiante desempeñar en dicha empresa, dándole la oportunidad según el desempeño de interactuar en diferentes áreas para un mejor conocimiento y desarrollo personal y profesional.
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior mencionado, se da inicio a la etapa de formación profesional en el ámbito laboral en la empresa AIC S.AS; inicialmente como auxiliar en las operaciones internacionales y nacionales siendo apoyo en el desarrollo de las funciones del área; así mismo creando una etapa de aprendizaje y adaptación en el ambiente, generando confianza y manejando con mayor propiedad y facilidad las operaciones para luego, desempeñar el rol como asistente de operaciones.
Abstract
The experience acquired during the process as an intern allows to consolidate the learning acquired during the academic period being a complement for the total professional training in a work field, where the student confront a reality in a competitive world where the skills and knowledge will help to stand out bringing face to face the challenges and defiances that are presented daily in the market.
Select the practice as a degree option allows companies and students a mutual benefit since the student leaving the academic field with their previously acquired knowledge will be applied according to the demand in the professional profile in the company; which achieve the role of providing training and guidelines depending on the functions that the student must perform in the company, giving the opportunity according to the performance of interacting in different areas for better knowledge and personal and professional development.
Taking into account the aforementioned, start the stage of professional training in the workplace in the company AIC S.AS. Initially as an assistant in international and national operations, being support in the development of functions in the area and also as a stage of induction by the company and adaptation by the student to then generate confidence and manage operations with greater ease and ease becoming then coordinator in the area.
