Determinantes del salario base de los ingenieros y su incidencia en la calidad de las interventorias contratadas por la secretaria de infraestructura del Departamento de Santander para el periodo 2014-2015

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to establish the determinants of the base salary of the engineers that affect the quality of the contracted audit regarding the fulfillment and satisfaction of the state contract on which it falls from the case study of a representative sample of the contracts of audit carried out by the infrastructure secretariat of the Government of Santander 2014-2015. It is developed from the parameters of a qualitative investigation and a descriptive-correlational design. It is concluded that remuneration systems can lead to the hiring of personnel with different profiles than those required or the precarious payment of the necessary professional, which translates into a superficial and deficient interventional work that threatens the quality of the infrastructure work.
