Abstract
Esta investigación se enfocó en analizar las problemáticas que han tenido los jóvenes
miembros de la Red IE CHO de la Casa de la Juventud de Chapinero, las cuales se
originan por la falta de espacios y escenarios institucionales en donde se permita su
participación e incidencia. El objetivo primordial de este trabajo fue identificar el proceso
de construcción de sujetos políticos en estos jóvenes, a partir de sus acciones colectivas y
la participación en la Red. Dentro de las herramientas aplicadas para llevar a cabo esta
labor se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas y un grupo focal, donde los datos
obtenidos fueron analizados desde categorías como: sujeto, Identidad y Participación;
también se tomaron en cuenta elementos como las Acciones, Discursos y Subjetividades,
entre otros. Los resultados están referidos a los intereses colectivos y las formas de
organización que desarrollan los jóvenes de la Red, provenientes de su papel como
sujetos políticos.
Abstract
This research focused on analyzing the problems that the young members of the IE CHO
Network of the Youth House in Chapinero have had. These problems originate from the
lack of space and institutional scenarios where their participation and influence is allowed.
The primary objective of this study was to identify the process of political subject
construction in these young people, from their collective actions and participation in the
Network. Among the tools applied to carry out this labor, semi-structured interviews and a
focal group were used. Thus, the data obtained were analyzed from categories such as:
Subject, Identify, and Participation. Likewise, elements such as actions, discourses and
subjectivities, among others, were taken into account. The Results are referred to the
collective interests and ways of organization that the Youths in the Network, from their role
as political subjects, developed.
