Abstract
Este recurso educativo digital pretende facilitar la comprensión de la Teoría General del Proceso, valiéndose de diagramas, conceptos y figuras que permitan comprender los significados de: Estado, sociedad y derecho, Derecho Procesal dentro del Estado Social de Derecho, Derecho Procesal y Administración de Justicia, el proceso y sus partes, los recursos procesales y la acción de tutela.
Estos conceptos facilitarán el abordaje de estudios de casos, como un marco para comprender los procedimientos referentes al Derecho Procesal en el desempeño de la práctica profesional.
Abstract
This digital educational resource aims to facilitate the understanding of the General Theory of Process, using diagrams, concepts and figures that allow the meanings of State, society and law, Procedural Law within the Social State of Law, Procedural Law and the Administration of Justice, the process and its parts, procedural resources and the action of guardianship. These concepts will facilitate the approach of case studies, as a framework for understanding the procedures referring to Procedural Law in the performance of professional practice
