Abstract
La identificación, evaluación y construcción de estrategias empresariales que favorezcan y garanticen un ambiente saludable e idóneo para trabajar, forjará el escenario adecuado en el cual el equipo de trabajo organizacional mostrará su potencial y elevará su nivel de satisfacción y con ello la productividad. Se garantiza así una mayor eficiencia y eficacia en los procesos productivos y administrativos, dando lugar a una de las mayores ventajas competitivas, que desembocará sin lugar a dudas en el posicionamiento y éxito empresarial en el mercado.
Abstract
The identification, evaluation and construction of business strategies that favor and guarantee a healthy and suitable environment to work, will forge the appropriate scenario in which the organizational work team will show its potential and increase its level of satisfaction and with it productivity. Thus, greater efficiency and effectiveness in the production and administrative processes is guaranteed, giving rise to one of the greatest competitive advantages, which will undoubtedly lead to the positioning and business success in the market.
