Vigilancia tecnológica a los programas de ingeniería industrial en Bucaramanga

Abstract

The metropolitan area of Bucaramanga houses 6 accredited universities with industrial engineering programs supported by investigation groups, which in an direct or indirect way are contributing to the development of the region, the main objective of this work is to identify the focus of said groups to posteriorly compare with national and worldwide investigations, the research areas which occupy the first places of interest in said universities. This way it was identified that the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga counts with a medium participation within the total volume of national production, furthermore the tendencies are the like of which are held globally as the most important for industrial engineering.
