Resumen
La presente investigación se interesa en la comprensión del vínculo de la mujer con su maternidad, a partir de la relación que pueda surgir entre ella y el nonato durante el proceso gestacional en tres mujeres de 20, 25 y 28 años pertenecientes al Centro Especializado Materno Infantil de la ciudad de Villavicencio Meta. Es importante resaltar que gran parte de las investigaciones, como las planteadas en los antecedentes, se centran mayormente en el bebé, por tanto, surge el interés por comprender la experiencia de la madre en cuanto al proceso de vinculación. Se toman a los autores más relevantes de la teoría psicoanalítica como Bowlby, Winnicott, Klein, Langer y Freud quienes describen aspectos relevantes para la comprensión del vínculo y la maternidad como fenómenos, que además desde el diseño hermenéutico abarcan los sentidos y significados asociados a la subjetividad de cada experiencia a partir de las narrativas y su interpretación. De este modo se presentan los resultados en dos categorías: apego y maternidad, y tres subcategorías: vínculo, relaciones objétales y rol, con los que mediante el proceso de análisis se llegó a la conclusión de que el vínculo entre la mujer y su maternidad se construye en cuanto la mujer empieza a concebirse y comprenderse a sí misma como figura de cuidado de otro asumiendo funciones de un nuevo rol.
Abstract
This research is interested in understanding the bond between women and their maternity, starting from the relationship that may arise between her and the unborn during the gestational process in three women of 20, 25 and 28 years belonging to the Centro Especializado Materno Infantil of the city of Villavicencio Meta. It is important to note that much of the research, such as those presented in the background, focuses mainly on the baby, therefore, there is an interest in understanding the experience of the mother in terms of the bonding process. The most relevant authors of psychoanalytic theory such as Bowlby, Winnicott, Klein, Langer and Freud are taken to describe aspects that are relevant to the understanding of the bond and motherhood as phenomena, that also from the hermeneutic design encompass the senses and meanings associated with the subjectivity of each experience from the narratives and their interpretation. In this way, the results were presented in two categories: attachment and motherhood, and three subcategories: bond, object relations and role, with which it was concluded through the analysis process that the link between women and their motherhood is built as soon as women begin to conceive and understand themselves as a caring figure of another taking on roles of a new role.
