Resumen
En la actualidad es de gran importancia incorporar a la gestión de proyectos la metodología LEAN
CONSTRUCTION la cual mediante acciones ágiles y efectivas de reducción de tiempos, recursos e inversión, permite
optimizar la realización de actividades de obra y logística que garanticen altos rendimientos, alta calidad,
sostenibilidad y eficiencia en la resolución de problemas; es por esto que estas actividades de planeación previas y
durante las intervenciones de obra permiten al ejecutor y contratante de proyectos de infraestructura vial contar con
una alta efectividad en la materialización de las obras mediante la previsión secuencial de acciones articuladas
permitiendo minimizar las afectaciones en los proyectos por incremento en la duración de estas, sobrecostos y
variaciones a las consideraciones de programación inicial del proyecto
Abstract
At present, it is of great importance to incorporate the LEAN methodology into project management.
CONSTRUCTION which through agile and effective actions to reduce time, resources and investment, allows
optimize the performance of work and logistics activities that guarantee high yields, high quality,
sustainability and efficiency in problem solving; that is why these previous planning activities and
during work interventions allow the executor and contractor of road infrastructure projects to have access to
a high effectiveness in the materialization of the works through the sequential forecast of articulated actions
