Nuestra invitada Sofía Silva Delgado, egresada y creadora de Gavá, quien nos contó cómo surgió su negocio y los retos que ha enfrentado. Hablamos de barreras de género, estrategias de mercado y el papel de la Santo Tomás en su camino. Además, compartimos información sobre la Semana de Equidad de Género y la convocatoria de emprendimientos con IDARTES.
dc.description.abstractIn “It's Monday and CRAI USTA knows it”, we talked about the impact of higher education on entrepreneurship. We explored how universities can encourage the creation of companies and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit in students. Our guest Sofía Silva Delgado, graduate and creator of Gavá, told us how her business came about and the challenges she has faced. We talked about gender barriers, market strategies and the role of St. Thomas in her journey. We also shared information about the Gender Equity Week and the call for entrepreneurship with IDARTES.
