Metodología Ágil Scrum para Proyectos de Desarrollo de Software

Abstract

This report presents the results obtained during my professional internship at the Integral Support Department of Tenaj Consulting Corp. The internship aimed to analyze and propose solutions to the weaknesses and threats identified in the strategy of the agile Scrum methodology for project development. I focused on analyzing all the strategies within Scrum to apply them in the company’s project development. The internship lasted 6 months, during which I was able to apply the knowledge acquired in my degree while identifying areas of improvement within the organization through a SWOT analysis. Key opportunities were identified, which allowed for the implementation of an improvement plan, highlighting the importance of optimizing agile methodology strategies and improving client-facing presence. The recommendations obtained were of great value both to the company and to the development of my professional skills.
