| dc.description | Este proyecto lleva a cabo un análisis del sector turismo, enfocado en las empresas ubicadas en Bucaramanga y los municipios que conforman su área metropolitana, el análisis comprende la identificación de la organización actual del mismo, la selección de las empresas con mayor peso en el sector y la tipificación de factores internos y externos que afecten positiva y negativamente el desarrollo de las actividades de las empresas. Con los factores identificados se generan estrategias que mejoren el desempeño actual de los empresarios y den una preparación para los emprendedores que desean incursionar en el sector. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This project carries out an analysis of the sector tourism, focused in the companies located in Bucaramanga and the municipalities that shape your metropolitan area, the analysis include the identification of the current organization of the same one, the selection of the companies with major weight in the sector and the classification of internal and external factors that they affect positively and negatively the development of the activities of the companies.
