Abstract

The following work will show the development of a strategic plan for the secretary of finance of the municipality of Pinchote, based mainly on an analysis of the environment, this analysis is based on the strengths and weaknesses of the unit studied previously in each class session. The study consists of tools such as the competences tree and other instruments much deeper such as the MIC-MAC matrix, which will show clearly and in detail the important points to be improved by creating opportunities for change and improvement in the functioning of the system analyzed in the medium and long term. The main objective of the study is to be able to develop all the tools learned in the work sessions, trying to land the theory in practice, since by bringing all the theoretical knowledge to the real plane it can be more evident the effectiveness of these supports to build more encouraging scenarios, which help in this case to an outstanding performance of the secretary of finance of the municipality of Pinchote, not only offering options for change in the weaknesses and threats but in turn swelling the strengths along with the opportunities.
