Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre los procesos de
configuración social del patrimonio y los planes de protección y recuperación del Centro
Histórico del Santa Marta en los años 2000 al 2019. Entender los factores que condicionan
o cambian las relaciones sociales en un espacio patrimonial permite identificar las nuevas
formas de construcción de memoria colectiva, procesos de representación de identidades
legítimas y las formas de cohesión en integración social que se presentan en el entorno
patrimonial.
Este documento se compone de dos partes. El primero se ocupa de los elementos
conceptuales para entender la configuración social en relación al patrimonio urbano. En
esta punto fue necesario un acercamiento histórico sobre la evolución del concepto de
patrimonio y el centro histórico en donde se evidenciar las distintas formas en que se
desarrolló el fenómeno en sociedades particulares en periodos históricos distintos, los
elementos conceptuales que permitieron entender el fenómeno en el centro histórico de
Santa Marta fueron, espacio, configuración social e identidad.
En la segunda parte se estudian concretamente los factores que influyeron en la
configuración social del patrimonio del cetro histórico de Santa Marta entendido como
Planes de ordenamiento territorial, protección y recuperación del patrimonio urbano.
Posteriormente se exponen las dinámicas socioespaciales en las que se ha desarrollado el
centro histórico en los últimos años contrastando las acciones y fundamentos conceptuales
que presentaban los planes y que hoy han incidido en la formación patrimonial y espacial
del centro
Abstract
This work aims to analyze the relationship between the processes of
social configuration of heritage and protection and recovery plans of the Center
History of Santa Marta in the years 2000 to 2019. Understand the factors that condition
or change social relations in a heritage space allows to identify new
forms of collective memory construction, identity representation processes
legitimate and the forms of cohesion in social integration that occur in the environment
patrimonial.
This document is composed of two parts. The first deals with the elements
conceptual to understand the social configuration in relation to urban heritage. In
this point was necessary a historical approach on the evolution of the concept of
heritage and the historic center where the different ways in which it
developed the phenomenon in particular societies in different historical periods, the
conceptual elements that allowed to understand the phenomenon in the historical center of
Santa Marta were, space, social configuration and identity.
In the second part, the factors that influenced the
social configuration of the heritage of the historical scepter of Santa Marta understood as
Plans of territorial planning, protection and recovery of urban heritage.
Subsequently, the socio-spatial dynamics in which the
historical center in recent years contrasting actions and conceptual foundations
that presented the plans and that today have influenced the heritage and space formation
from the center
