Este proyecto se realiza en Pueblo Bello (cesar); un municipio que actualmente cuenta con unas riquezas desde lo cultural hasta lo turístico, es aquí donde se plantea un proyecto que responda al lugar y a una comunidad como es la Arhuaca,siendo tan importante en el municipio ,ya que ha sido una cultura que no se le ha dado la importancia que merece en el territorio.	spa
