Abstract

The project addresses justice as a relational reality and investigates the type of relationship that exists in it, the elements that structure it and the importance it has for the construction of the social fabric, from a legal perspective. As for the relational reality, a fair action deeply impacting the lives of the people involved in said relationship; For this reason, the relationship of justice is real and not merely formal, logical or mental. The people involved in the relationship of justice are linked through the law, which is what the subject of the relationship or debtor, is required to give at the end of the relationship, which is the creditor. The fundamentality of this relationship is such that, without it, any society is affected in its harmony.
