Resumen
El servicio de transporte vehicular son las que intermedian entre el usuario y el proveedor de transporte con el objeto de prestar un buen servicio al destino origen a través de las diferentes alternativas de transporte (automóviles, camionetas, bus, taxi, etc.) con base en las particularidades del interesado (tiempo, costo, confort), garantizando un flujo dinámico de personas que no puede detenerse hacia los diferentes necesidades de viaje. El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2011-2014, prioriza el sector transporte como una de las locomotoras que impulsan el crecimiento económico y social del país. Lo anterior promueve el desarrollo de la infraestructura y una mejor calidad en los servicios de transporte como estrategias fundamentales, para las cuales la toma de decisiones eficiente requiere de la consolidación de información estratégica. La metodología, está orientada en un estudio mixto donde se combinan métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos lo cual revelará los más significativos de la investigación buscando los conocimientos esenciales para darle solución al problemas planeado. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo bajo un diseño no experimental, transeccional, porque no se pueden manipular las variables, ni tampoco varían intencionalmente, sino que se observa el fenómeno tal y como se da en su contexto, Las técnicas utilizadas serán la encuesta, censo de vehículos y grupos focales, donde se analizarán los datos en atención a las variables, dimensiones e indicadores soportada bajo el autor Amezcua y Gálvez, (2002), teniendo en cuenta que es una investigación mixta es de análisis cualitativo lo cual es un proceso dinámico y creativo que se alimenta, fundamentalmente, de la experiencia directa de los investigadores en los escenarios estudiados, por lo que esta etapa no se puede delegar. Los resultados de esta investigación se derivarán del documento que contempla las características de los vehículos que se utilizan para prestar el servicio de transporte terrestre transfronterizo de pasajeros, en la ruta Maicao-Paraguachón, en el año 2018.
Abstract
The service of vehicular transport are those that intermediate between the user and the transport provider in order to provide a good service to the destination origin through the different transport alternatives (cars, vans, bus, taxi, etc.) based in the particularities of the person concerned (time, cost, comfort), guaranteeing a dynamic flow of people who cannot stop at the different travel needs. The National Development Plan 2011-2014, prioritizes the transport sector as one of the locomotives that drive economic and social growth in the country. This promotes the development of infrastructure and a better quality of transport services as fundamental strategies, for which efficient decision-making requires the consolidation of strategic information. The methodology is oriented in a mixed study where qualitative and quantitative methods are combined which will reveal the most significant of the research seeking the essential knowledge to solve the planned problems. The study is of a descriptive type under a non-experimental, transectional design, because the variables cannot be manipulated, nor do they vary intentionally, but the phenomenon is observed as it is given in its context. The techniques used will be the survey, census of vehicles and focal groups, where the data will be analyzed in response to the variables, dimensions and indicators supported under the author Amezcua and Gálvez, (2002), taking into account that it is a mixed research is qualitative analysis which is a dynamic process and creative that feeds, fundamentally, from the direct experience of researchers in the scenarios studied, so this stage cannot be delegated. The results of this investigation will be derived from the document that contemplates the characteristics of the vehicles that are used to provide the cross-border passenger transport service on the Maicao-Paraguachón route in 2018. From this measure, a report will be made final taking into account the specific objectives with their respective recommendations.
