Resumen
La Universidad Santo Tomás tiene como requisito realizar alguna opción de grado para optar por el título profesional de Negocios Internacionales, entre sus opciones esta realizar la práctica empresarial. Esta opción ha sido y será muy atractiva por los estudiantes a la hora de seleccionar la opción de grado, ya que esta permite poner en práctica lo aprendido en la universidad y también adquirir experiencia laboral, aquí será la primera experiencia en el que el estudiante enfrenta la realidad con los conocimientos académicos previamente adquiridos y así será más fácil la adaptación al mundo laboral cuando se obtenga el título profesional.
Además, se requiere de una gran adaptación a las nuevas reglas, desde cumplir con un horario, cumplir con unas metas y objetivos hasta cumplir con una convivencia en equipo de trabajo, que sin duda será esencial para un buen avance tanto en la vida laboral como personal, teniendo en cuenta que cumpliendo cada una de las normas laborales y de convivencia abre puertas con grandes oportunidades.
De acuerdo con lo anterior, la práctica empresarial se llevó a cabo en BBVA Colombia, apoyando el área administrativa de dirección de zona, revisar operaciones de crédito, administrar el área de legalización a través de los aplicativos del banco, realizar análisis de riesgo y perfilamiento de los clientes.
Abstract
The University Santo Tomas has, as a requirement to make some option of degree to opt for the title of International Business, among its options is to conduct business practice. This option has been and will be very attractive for the students when selecting the option of degree, since this allows to put into practice what they have learned in the university and also to acquire work experience, here it will be the first experience in which the student faces the reality with the previously acquired academic knowledge and thus it will be easier to adapt to the world of work when the professional title is obtained.
Also requires a great adaptation to the new rules, from complying with a schedule, fulfilling some goals and objectives until comply with a coexistence in a work team, which will undoubtedly be essential for a good progress in both work and personal life, bearing in mind that fulfilling each of the labor and coexistence rules opens doors with great opportunities.
In accordance with the above, the business practice was carried out at BBVA Colombia, supporting the management area of the area, repairing credit operations, managing the legalization area through the bank's applications, performing risk analysis and profiling of the clients.
