El proyecto se enfoca en el diseño de una infraestructura clínica especializada en la rehabilitación de condiciones motoras en Villavicencio, priorizando la creación de un entorno terapéutico óptimo. Para ello, se propone desarrollar estrategias orientadas al diseño de este tipo de equipamiento clínico, garantizando que responda tanto a las necesidades locales como a las generales en materia de rehabilitación motora. Además, se considerarán los requerimientos establecidos en el programa de saneamiento del Hospital Departamental de Villavicencio (H.D.V.).
A partir de ello, se destaca el problema general en el que actualmente, no existen parámetros claros o elementos específicos para el diseño de este tipo de equipamientos, lo que evidencia una carencia significativa en este ámbito, en este caso en la ciudad de Villavicencio. De acuerdo con ello se genera la pregunta principal del proyecto en, ¿Cómo se diseña un equipamiento clínico que promueva la flexibilidad y la eficacia de los espacios para una rehabilitación efectiva del usuario?, de acuerdo con ello se genera la hipótesis que sostiene una concepción arquitectónica centrada en la rehabilitación, la accesibilidad y la integración de tecnologías especializadas contribuirá a un entorno terapéutico que facilite la rehabilitación del usuario.
Los objetivos del proyecto comprenden el diseño de un centro en rehabilitación motora y la planificación de la distribución del espacio para optimizar la accesibilidad y la movilidad. Asimismo, se articulan con los objetivos específicos, que buscan planificar, integrar e incorporar diversas soluciones y elementos flexibles para lograr una distribución espacial óptima. Además, La metodología utilizada es mixta, combinando procesos de diseño e investigación proyectual, y se centra en la integración de preexistencias ambientales y urbanas que aporten al desarrollo del proyecto. Se analizan también antecedentes proyectuales de otros centros de rehabilitación, como Beit Halohem en Israel y el Centro para Discapacitados en Palma de Mallorca, para obtener referentes que enriquezcan el diseño.
Abstract
The project focuses on the design of a clinical infrastructure specialized in the rehabilitation of motor conditions in Villavicencio, prioritizing the creation of an optimal therapeutic environment. To this end, it is proposed to develop strategies aimed at the design of this type of clinical equipment, ensuring that it responds to both local and general needs in terms of motor rehabilitation. In addition, the requirements established in the sanitation program of the Departmental Hospital of Villavicencio (H.D.V.) will be considered.
Based on this, the general problem is highlighted in which currently, there are no clear parameters or specific elements for the design of this type of equipment, which shows a significant lack in this area, in this case in the city of Villavicencio. Accordingly, the main question of the project is: How is a clinical facility designed to promote flexibility and efficiency of spaces for effective rehabilitation of the user? Accordingly, the hypothesis is generated that supports an architectural conception focused on rehabilitation, accessibility and the integration of specialized technologies that will contribute to a therapeutic environment that facilitates the rehabilitation of the user.
The objectives of the project include the design of a motor rehabilitation center and the planning of the distribution of space to optimize accessibility and mobility. Likewise, they are articulated with the specific objectives, which seek to plan, integrate and incorporate various flexible solutions and elements to achieve an optimal spatial distribution. In addition, the methodology used is mixed, combining design processes and project research, and focuses on the integration of environmental and urban preexistences that contribute to the development of the project. Project backgrounds of other rehabilitation centers are also analyzed, such as Beit Halohem in Israel and the Center for the Disabled in Palma de Mallorca, to obtain references that enrich the design.
