Resumen

Este documento contiene los resultados de la investigación de la oferta de vivienda terminadaa en Bogotá DC y las provincias de Soacha, Sabana Occidente y Sabana Centro del departamento de Cundinamarca entre 2008 y 2018, en las cuales se identifican para cada ciudad y municipio, el comportamiento de la oferta tanto en unidades como en área para los segmentos de precios de: vivienda de interés prioritario (VIP), vivienda de interés social (VIS) y vivienda no subsidiada (NO VIS), se evidencia la relación existente entre la oferta de La vivienda (VIP y VIS) y las áreas de la periferia de la ciudad mientras que con la oferta de vivienda no subsidiada (NO VIS) se ubica cerca del centro económico de la región.

Abstract

TThis document contains the results of the investigation of the housing offer completed in Bogotá DC and the provinces of Soacha, Sabana Occidente and Sabana Centro of the department of Cundinamarca between 2008 and 2018, in which the behavior for each city and municipality is identified. of the offer both in units and area for the price segments of: priority interest housing (VIP), social interest housing (VIS) and non-subsidized housing (NO VIS), the existing relationship between the offer of housing (VIP and VIS) and the areas of the periphery of the city while with the offer of non-subsidized housing (NO VIS) is located near the economic center of the region.
