Resumen
La presente investigación se centra en comprender cómo cinco (5) estudiantes de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Santo Tomás, Sede Villavicencio, movilizan sus epistemes frente a las comprensiones de la sexualidad y la salud mental ante un posible diagnóstico de VPH-AR (virus del papiloma humano) teniendo en cuenta las epistemes construidas frente a cualquier ITS (infecciones de transmisión sexual), llegando a ser un factor de riesgo y que además la apropiación de epistemes disciplinares desde la psicología favorece un adecuado proceso de acompañamiento entre profesionales y consultantes. Este estudio es de tipo cualitativo, se llevó a cabo a través de entrevistas individuales semiestructuradas y un grupo focal, reconociendo las epistemes con las que llegaron los estudiantes por medio de un proceso conversacional a través de un análisis narrativo, de esta forma se reconoció que dichas epistemes se movilizaron a un conocimiento disciplinar, en las entrevistas y el grupo focal se conversa en torno a las epistemes que movilizan los participantes en relación a temas de sexualidad y salud mental, enfocados en el VPH-AR y a partir de allí generar el reconocimiento de la atención psicológica. Los resultados denotan que los estudiantes reconocieron su rol como psicólogos en formación ante un posible diagnóstico de VPH o incluso otras ITS, que afectan la salud mental del paciente, planteando estrategias desde el abordaje psicológico como psicoeducación, adherencia al tratamiento, intervención clínica ante alteraciones o trastornos afectivos, campañas de promoción y prevención sobre el autocuidado y autoestima, propuestas de intervención para el afrontamiento y aceptación de la enfermedad.
Abstract
The present investigation focuses on understanding how five (5) students from the Faculty of Psychology of the Santo Tomás University, Villavicencio Campus, mobilize their epistemes in the api of understandings of sexuality and mental health in the api of a apilom DX of HPV-AR ( human apilomavirus) taking into account the epistemes built against any STI (sexually transmitted infections), becoming a risk factor and also the appropriation of disciplinary epistemes from psychology apilomav adequate process of accompaniment between professionals and consultants . This study is of a qualitative type, it was carried out through semi-structured individual interviews and a focus group, recognizing the epistemes with which the students arrived through a conversational process through a narrative apiloma, in this way it was recognized that these epistemes were mobilized to a disciplinary knowledge, in the interviews and the focus group there is a conversation around the epistemes that the participants mobilize in relation to issues of sexuality and mental health, focused on HR-HPV and from there generate recognition of psychological care. The results denote that the students recognized their role as psychologists in training before a apilom diagnosis of HPV or even other STIs, which affect the mental health of the patient, proposing strategies from the psychological approach such as psychoeducation, adherence to treatment, clinical intervention before alterations or affective disorders, promotion and prevention campaigns on self-care and self-esteem, intervention proposals for coping and acceptance of the disease.
