Resumen

El informe explica detalladamente mi proceso dentro la empresa, los espacios donde se efectuó la Práctica Empresarial a fondo, así como también la inducción para conocer su composición interna, áreas de trabajo, misión, visión, valores. El análisis DOFA muestra que la Secretaria Distrital de Movilidad es una entidad qué está sectorizada y enfocada en poder satisfacer las necesidades e inconformidades de los usuarios que tienen comparendos, multas y otros trámites que se realizan en cada una de las sedes disponibles. El documento marca un antes y un después desde mi llegada a la Secretaria Distrital de Movilidad donde gracias a mi desempeño y responsabilidad se ha logrado mejorar los aspectos del servicio al cliente, así como también los tiempos de espera por trámite; la agilidad, amabilidad y profesionalismo me dio la posibilidad de ser catalogado como un trabajador comprometido y siempre dispuesto a dar los mejor, donde pude demostrar y colocar en práctica todas mi habilidades en sí para satisfacer el bien común que se pueda lograr, dando a saber que mis tareas siempre serán resueltas satisfactoriamente, con la mayor brevedad y efectividad posible dentro de los marcos de ley y reglamentaciones dispuestas por la Secretaria Distrital de Movilidad.

Abstract

The report explains in detail my process within the company, the spaces where the Business Practice was carried out in depth, as well as the induction to know its internal composition, work areas, mission, vision, values. The DOFA analysis shows that the District Secretary of Mobility is an entity that is sectorized and focused on being able to satisfy the needs and nonconformities of the users that have comparendos, fines and other proceedings that are carried out in each one of the available seats. The document marks a before and after from my arrival at the District Secretary of Mobility where thanks to my performance and responsibility has been able to improve the aspects of customer service, as well as waiting times for processing; The agility, kindness and professionalism gave me the possibility of being catalogued as a committed worker and always willing to give the best, where I could demonstrate and put into practice all my skills in itself to satisfy the common good that can be achieved, knowing that my tasks will always be resolved satisfactorily, as quickly and effectively as possible within the frameworks of law and regulations provided by the District Secretary of Mobility.
